Gluten free for me takes all measures necessary to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Arrangements

Orders are delivered within Australia by Australia Post.

There are currently no arrangements to ship internationally. Arrangements can be made for the delivery to be left in a location specified by you. If you require the parcel to be left you must supply detailed instructions at the checkout. Please use a business address for deliveries where possible. If no instructions are given to leave the parcel Australia Post will leave a note advising of the Australia Post oulet that is holding your parcel for pick up.

Delivery costs

Postal charges are calculated based on the weight of the Parcel(s) and the delivery address postcode. To view the delivery cost enter your postcode once you have finished shopping, at this stage your delivery cost will be calculated.

Gluten free for me reserves the right to alter this fee if the website calculation deviates significantly from the real shipping price. Gluten Free For Me does not add anything to the shipping cost for handling, but just passes on the cost estimated by Allied Express to you.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.

Depending on the delivery arrangements the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Delivery Times

Gluten free for me will make every effort to deliver on time.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

Delivery times are in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Delivery times exclude Merchant's order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse).

Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer.

Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times:
