Creative variations
Create cute little butterfly cakes for entertaining or lunchboxes. Cook in mini-muffin tins, remove the centres, cut and invert top, fill with cream.
Use a 20cm square tin and cook for 20-25 mins to create a cake that can be cut into small pieces for lunchboxes or mini treats.
