Chicken and Mushroon Hotpot
Ingredients:
- 2 x chicken breasts on the bone, cut into 3 cm pieces
- 12 Chinese dried mushrooms
- 8 spring onions, white and pale green parts only
- 1 x 280 ml bottle Chang’s Master Stock
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced (optional)
Place all ingredients in a Chinese ceramic hotpot or other baking dish with a lid.
Place in a 160 degree oven for ninety minutes.
Serve with rice
