What you’ll need:
600g Sliced Chicken, Beef or Pork.
1 bunch Chinese Green Vegetables (Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choy, Choy Sum).
500 Jasmine Rice.
Suggested Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in an electric or range top wok.
2. Add your choice of sliced meat and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes until sealed.
3. Reduce heat and sauté until meat is cooked through.
4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
5. Pour in Honey, Soy & Garlic sauce and stir-fry until heated through.
6. Serve with rice or noodles.

Garnish with sesame seeds.
