Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 450gm of cream cheese
- ½ cup of white sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of full fat sour cream
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C
- Mix the eggs, cream cheese (best if room temperature), sugar and vanilla extract in a mixer.
- Scrape into a medium pie pan (about 20cm)
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the top has set
- Straight away, while it is still hot, spread on the full fat regular sour
- Cool and eat, or refrigerate and eat
Can be topped with fresh fruit or whipped cream
