Pork Everest

Ingredients:

 

Pork cutlets - allow one cutlet per plate or twice that for bigger appetites

Organic olive oil

Sliced organic green beans -12 per serve, lightly steamed or microwaved

Sliced organic orange - 1 orange per 2 plates

1 tablespoon Ozganics orange marmalade

1 tablespoon port to deglaze the pan

 

Method:

 

Arrange sliced orange on the plates and place in warm oven

 

To cook pork, heat fry pan to medium heat and add oil. Add pork to pan. About 30 seconds after adding cutlets, turn over and cook until done. Set aside in warm oven. Using the same fry pan on low heat, pour in port and with a wooden spoon stir until all the juices are combined.

 

Spoon in Ozganics orange marmalade and stir over low heat until combined and warmed through. Increase heat and bring to just under simmering. Turn off heat. Return pork to pan and coat cutlets with glaze.

 

Arrange pork on warm plate with oragnic beans and sliced orange.
