A rich fall favorite with the sweetness of pumpkin and butternut squash. You’ll smell the crisp fall air and hear leaves crackling under your feet! Serve with a dollop of sour cream and fried sage leaves for an elegant presentation.
16 oz. Pacific Natural Foods Organic Butternut Squash Soup
2 cups Pacific Natural Foods Free Range Chicken Broth
1 (15oz) can solid pack pumpkin
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup whipping cream
Combine Pacific Butternut Squash Soup with Pacific Organic Chicken Broth and stir. Add in the pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook until heated through (about 2 minutes).
